JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Dec. 9, 2015) Sailors and civilians conduct a foreign object debris, or "FOD," walk down on the runway at NAS Jax Dec. 9. The walk down is meant to ensure the runway is clear of debris. The group scoured the runway before the first plane took off from the airfield since it closed for construction in early June. The plane was a P-3C that underwent maintenance at FRCSE. (U.S. Navy Photo by Victor Pitts/Released)
