Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa

The Djiboutian National Development Basketball Team competes against the Camp Lemonnier All-Stars basketball team in the first ever "Battle of the Black Top," Dec. 30. In attendance was a mixture of camp personnel along with special guest of honor Mohamed Arref, the Legal Advisor of Djiboutian President Omar Ismail Guellah, and Ms. Leyal Faisal Ahmed Hammoud, of Faisal Hammoud Charity Foundation, who is a co-sponsor of the Djiboutian team and assisted in coordinating the event. The Camp Lemonnier All-Stars won 74-44.
