Marseli Frank, a parent, full-time college student and a specialist with the 302nd Quartermaster Company – Detachment 1, 9th Mission Support Command, U.S. Army Reserve (USAR), finds time during her Christmas break to take a Structured Self-Development course, here, at the USAR Center, Saipan, Jan. 11. Since the installation of the Deployed Digital Training Campus (DDTC), the additional resources enable Soldiers to complete mandatory Web-based training, some of which are essential for Soldier career advancement.
