“After all of those training sessions, I came to the realization that I could run, bike and swim fluidly, and that I was qualified enough to compete in a triathlon,” said Staff Sgt. Kenneth Bell. He has participated in over 25 different types of endurance training events since he could combine all three sports of a triathlon and was recently awarded as a 2016 Bronze Ironman All World Athlete.
