U.S. Soldiers of the 30th Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division make a formation after receiving their end of tour awards during an award ceremony and base closure at Camp Meade, Iraq, Dec. 31, 2009. Camp Meade was handed over to the Iraqi Army, a strong symbol of the Iraqi's gaining control of their country again.
