Iraqi policemen learn about the laws of armed conflict during a class at Camp Dublin, Iraq, Jan. 23, 2016. The training, led by the Italian Carabinieri, is part of Combined Joint Task Force’s building partner capacity mission. It is designed to teach the policemen the skills needed to secure and stabilize Iraqi towns after other Iraqi Security Forces retake them from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
