U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Justin Morelli from the 982nd Combat Camera Company (Airborne), East Point, Ga., right, provides security while a simulated casualty is prepared for evacuation to a higher echelon of care after administering tactical field care when they are no longer under hostile fire during a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training exercise during a two-day certification held at OK Gun Corral Club, Okeechobee, Fla., Jan. 30, 2016. TCCC is designed for non-medical military personnel and includes first responder skills appropriate for soldiers. Available medical equipment is limited to that carried by each soldier and the medic. The course introduces evidence-based, life-saving techniques and strategies for providing the best trauma care on the battlefield. (U.S. Army photo by Spc. Tracy McKithern/Released)
