Marines from 3rd Assault Amphibious Battalion supported 2nd Bn, 4th Marine Division and 1st Bn, 1st Mar. Div. infantry battalions as they conducted raid drills for Expeditionary Operations Training Group and their Marine Corps Combat Readiness Evaluation. 3rd AAB provides forward maintenance capabilities, which allows for immediate restoration of AAVs that break down.
