A religious leader in the Barangay (community) Asim leads a prayer during the opening ceremonies of a combined Medical and Veterinarian Civic Action Program. Led primarily by the armed forces of the Philippines Marine Battalion Landing Team-3 and regional health officials in the area, more than 130 patients received health care. Additionally, 31 animals received deworming medication and vitamin supplements.
