A U.S. Army Special Forces Medic from Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines examines the mouth of a patient at a Medical Civic Action Program in Barangay (community) Taglibi. U.S. forces partnered with the Armed Forces of the Philippines Marine Battalion Landing Team-5 to run a combined medical and veterinarian mission. More than 1,500 attended the event, which also included a seminar on the importance of education.
