    Indiana Army National Guard Lt. Col. David Skalon, left, the commander of the 38th Infantry Division’s battalion headquarters, attached the 38th ID patch to Capt. Adam Barlow, the commander of Company D, 151st Infantry Regiment (Long Range Surveillance), during that unit’s designation ceremony, Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016. The LRS unit will now fall under the Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 38th Infantry Division.
