160212-N-OF476-0165 SAN DIEGO (Feb. 12, 2016) Sailors and Marines man-the-rails as amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4) passes USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) during its departure for a scheduled deployment.
