Japanese Ground Self-Defense Forces (JGSDF) with Fuji Training Center ask questions about the M110 Semi-Automatic Sniper System during Fuji Viper 16-3 at Northern Training Area on Camp Fuji, Fuji, Japan, Feb. 12, 2016. The Marines of 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment conducted live-fire training to sustain their proficiency in combat operations and to teach the JGSDF the capabilities of their weapons systems. Fuji Viper 16-3 is a training exercise where Marines and Sailors conduct live fire and non-live fire combined arms training in order to sustain combat proficiency to support contingency operations in the U.S. Pacific Command area of operations.
