160217-N-EI558-010 YOKOHAMA, Japan (Feb. 17, 2016) – Senior Chief Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) Jonard Sygaco directs Master-at-Arms from Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi to secure the perimeter of a simulated helicopter crash during a Kanagawa Prefectural Police aircraft mishap drill. Sygaco led the U.S. Navy’s participation in the annual exercise which tests the interoperability of local police and first response crews and the U.S. Navy.
