First Sgt. Javier Rivera, directs victims to the busesproviding transport to awaiting aircraft. Puerto Rico Air National Guard Base who is supplying ground support for Southcom have begun boarding transport buses with Haitian victims rescued from the aftermath of the earthquake that hit Haiti. The American Red Cross is also providing help for the victims as part of the relief effort. Victims are being airlifted to Homestead AFB as part of the Joint Task Force Haiti Relief Effort.
