The ScanEagle Unmanned Aerial Vehicle sits on it's launch catapult as air pressure is fed into the launch system at Forward Operating Base Delta, Iraq, Jan. 14. The ScanEagle is an intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance UAV which provides near constant coverage for the area around FOB Delta.
