    Charles Taylor, a Buffalo Soldier re-enactor and retired command sergeant major, depicts life as a black Soldier from the Revolutionary War to World War II during a Black History Month observance at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Feb. 17. The observance featured Taylor's performance, historical artifacts and a rendition of the Negro National Anthem by WBAMC Soldiers in honor of Black History Month.
