U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Austin E. Renforth, commanding general of Training Command, presents certificates of appreciation from the Marine Corps and Navy to U.S. Navy Capt. Richard J. Jehue's wife, during the Field Medical Training Battalion-East (FMTB-E) change of command ceremony held aboard Camp Johnson, N.C., Feb. 12, 2016. During the ceremony, Capt. Richard J.
