    GREAT LAKES, Ill. (February 29, 2016) – Capt. Douglas Pfeifle, commanding officer, Recruit Training Command (RTC), shows Vice Adm. Jin-Sup Jung, Republic of Korea (ROK) Navy’s commander of Naval Education and Training, a Personal Data Assistant (PDA) in the Master Control Room of the U. S.
