Soldiers with A Company 1st Battalion, 5th Infantry Regiment, wait for a CH-47 Chinook to maneuver over them so they can sling load a Small Unit Support Vehicle (SUSV) Feb. 22, 2016, at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. A Company 1-5 IN flew the vehicles out to Firebird Landing Zone out in the Yukon Training Area, Alaska, for use with their Arctic Mobility Training. Soldiers gained valuable arctic training with the vehicles, skis and snowshoes.
