Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 arrive on Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. NMCB 4 is one of two additional Seabee battalions that deployed in support of the President's new troop uplift. The battalion, whose main job is expeditionary construction, will play a key role in providing necessary engineering support to arriving U.S. forces.
