U.S. Army Garrison commander Col. Mary Martin (right) and other members from the Wiesbaden Army Community gathered together to learn more about women's health with Lt. Col. Tracy Ostrom, chief nurse, Wiesbaden Army Health Clinic. The ladies learned more about women's health, how to do a self check for breast cancer, signs to watch for possible heart attack, and discussions regarding diet and exercise. The visit to the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center included a mammogram for those that attended the health trip on Friday, Feb. 5, 2016.
