U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Christian Staszkow, a member of the Hawaii Army National Guard, mentors Soldiers from the Indonesia Army on how to provide first aid to "injured" Soldiers during the Non-commissioned Officer Subject Matter Expert Exchange for the Hawaii Army National Guard State Partnership Program in Bandung, Indonesia at the PUSDIKIF Infantry Education Center Feb. 25, 2016. The NCO exchange is designed for military personnel from Hawaii and the Indonesian NCOs to learn each other’s military tactics, procedures and culture all while building a lasting friendship.
