U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Charles H. Jacoby Jr. Deputy Commanding General of Operation U.S. Forces Iraq personally greets many of the most influential Sheiks that have contributed to the Continuing Stability of the Al Anbar Province during the Transfer of Authority Ceremony. The Ceremony marks the end of the II Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward) mission in Al Anbar province of Iraq, and begins the 1st Armored Division's mission at Camp Ramadi, Iraq, Jan. 23.
