Military Police personnel from the Massachusetts Army and Air National Guard as well as Canadian army reserve soldiers from the 3rd Military Police Regiment, Nova Scotia, Canada, listen to a lecture by a Federal Emergency Managment Agency trianer during the first day of civil disturbance response training at the Devens Reserve Forces Training Area, Mass., March 4, 2016. Members of the MAANG have an established partnership program with the Canadian reserve soldiers and participate in joint training with them regularly, but this is the first training of this nature involving both forces. The training will be ongoing all weekend and include practical exercises on responding to civil disturbance scenarios as part of their overall military police training.
