The U.S. Department of Homeland Security provided instruction on civil disobedience and crowd control tactics during training as part of a partnership initiative between the 211th MP Battalion and 3rd Military Police Regiment, Canadian Army Reserve. The Partnership aims to improve interoperability between multi-national units and foster a better working relationship between Canadian soldiers and those of the Massachusetts National Guard.
