Command Sgt. Maj. Richard Hildreth, outgoing senior enlisted leader to the adjutant general of Alaska, hands a noncommissioned officer sword to the Adjutant General of Alaska Brig. Gen. Laurel Hummel during a March 6, 2016, change-of-responsibility ceremony at the Talkeetna Theater.
