    160303-N-IX266-010 GWANGYANG, Republic of Korea—The Mobile Sealift Operations Center (MSOC) is staged next to Military Sealift Command’s Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF) ship USNS PFC Dewayne T. Williams (T-AK 3009) here March 1. The MSOC is a deployable communications suite for conducting port operations and was manned by Expeditionary Port Unit 113, out of Dallas. The Williams was carrying Marine Corps equipment that will be used to support Exercise Ssang Yong 2016 (SY16).
