Lucky, a native of Tampa, Florida, is a platoon sergeant with Maritime Raid Force, 31st MEU. Fernald, a native of Erie, Pennsylvania, is the amphibious assault vehicle platoon sergeant with Alpha Company, Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 5th Marines, 31st MEU.
