Petty Officer 2nd Class Justin Stonebreaker, a rescue swimmer assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 28, guides an injured Haitian woman into flight deck triage aboard the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Nassau where several duty hospital corpsmen and surgeons were standing by to assess and administer care.
