U.S. Marine Sgt. Maj. Troy E. Black speaks to lieutenants at the 1st Marine Logistics Group lieutenant seminar aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Feb. 25, 2016. Black is the sergeant major of 1st MLG. This seminar among first and second lieutenants in the Group was designed to garner knowledge and foster the camaraderie within the ranks, forming confident and decisive leaders.
