SOUTH CHINA SEA (March 10, 2016) Sailors aboard the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), look on as the guided-missile destroyer USS Russell prepares to come along side the dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Charles Drew (T-AKE-10) for a joint replenishment at sea.
