160314-N-HA376-441 BUSAN, Republic of Korea (March 14, 2016) - U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Frank Morneau, commander, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, addresses U.S. Navy and Republic of Korea (ROK) Seabees following a tour of a joint U.S. and ROK construction site during exercise Foal Eagle 2016. Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133, and ROK Seabees are training together to construct various expeditionary facilities during the exercise. Foal Eagle is an annual, bilateral training exercise designed to enhance the readiness of U.S. and ROK forces, and their ability to work together during a crisis.
