A medic with Company C, 101st Brigade Support Battalion, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, stabilizes a simulated casualty as it is hoisted up toward a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter during medical evacuation training March 8 at Fort Riley.
