Marines of the Silent Drill Platoon perform a precision drill movement with M1 Garand rifles March 15, 2016, on Parris Island, S.C. The platoon, assigned to the Battle Color Detachment based at Marine Barracks Washington, D.C., executed nearly 15 minutes of unique drill movements without verbal commands in front of recruits, Marines and civilians.
