Foster is with the command's Code 740, which is made up of skilled riggers and crane operators who safely manage lifting and handling operations at the command. PSNS & IMF is one of four public shipyards that play a major role in maintaining America's fleet and providing wartime surge capability to keep the nation's ships ready for combat.
