160315-N-SG283-168 Arctic Circle (March 15, 2016) - An Army paratrooper parachutes into the arctic circle and drops an Arctic Sustainment Package as part of a training evolution during Ice Exercise (ICEX) 2016. ICEX 2016 is a five-week exercise designed to research, test, and evaluate operational capabilities in the region.
