(March 3, 2016) Navy Diver 3rd Class Clay Rice, assigned to Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) Dive Team Foxtrot, tends to Navy Diver Seaman Justin Lemaster as Lemaster prepares to dive during the USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) Planned Incremental Availability (PIA) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
