Lt. Gen. David Berger, I MEF commanding general, visited Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) for a tour of the Warfighter Performance Laboratories. NHRC staff highlighted their research capabilities for optimizing the physical health and medical readiness of service members and conducting operational equipment testing and evaluation. Several NHRC studies involve Marines with a focus on improving their physical and cognitive readiness through research, development, testing and evaluation.
