Maj. Gen. Linda Singh, adjutant general of Maryland, gives a presentation brief during a meeting with the 200th Military Police Command, and other senior military leaders from Maryland-based commands to discuss proactive ways they can jointly prepare for the Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) events at a military facility in Reisterstown, Md., March 13.
