Former Navy Special Operations Master Chief Harold Bologna, of Virginia Beach, Va., walks ahead of retired U.S. Army Col. and Bataan Death March Survivor Ben Skardon and his entourage during the 27th annual Bataan Memorial Death March at White Sands Missile Range, N.M., March 20, 2016. Bologna lost his legs when he stepped on a land mine in Afghanistan in October, 2015 - just five months prior to this. Skardon, 98, is the only Bataan survivor that walks in the march.
