Albany County Executive Dan McCoy, who also serves in the New York Army National Guard, welcomes residents to a Citizens Preparedness Corps training program at the Times Union Center in Albany, N.Y. on Monday, March 21. Two hundred and twenty residents attended the two hour training session on emergency preparedness taught by New York Army National Guard Soldiers.
