The team briefed Fort Worth FTS personnel in administrative rates on detailing and the job assignment process, gave advice on communicating with the chain of command and Navy Counselor, and emphasized important career tools such as Perform To Serve and Career Management System/Interactive Detailing. "Our job is to make sure everyone gets important information they need to know and to solicit feedback from the field," said Wallace. "Getting to talk face-to-face with the people I detail and hearing what they have to say is the most rewarding part for me."
