Samuel Locklear, director of the Navy Staff, U.S. Postal Service Postmaster General John Potter, Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs Juan Garcia and David Rosenberg, a naval historian, unveil the Distinguished Sailors commemorative stamps series during a first-day-of-issue ceremony at the U.S. Navy Memorial.
