Iraqi civilian construction workers from the Saja Trading Contracting Company based out of Basrah, Iraq, earned their certification from the American Welding Society in a ceremony at the Um Qasr Naval Base Feb. 1. They will continue their employment on the $45 million pier and seawall project.
