New York Army National Guard Lt. Col. Sean Flynn, commander of the 1st Battalion 69th Infantry (right), and regimental Piper Joe Brady lead the officers and men of the New York Army National Guard's 1st Battalion 69th Infantry into St. Patrick’s Cathedral prior to New York City's St. Patrick's Day Parade on March 17.
This is the 165th time the "Fighting 69th" has led the world's largest St. Patrick's Day Parade. The 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry Regiment first led the parade in 1851.
