U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Chad Robertson, 20th Comptroller Squadron financial management technician, stands in his work center during operational readiness exercise Weasel Victory 16-08 at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., March 21, 2016. Robertson has been in the Air Force for three years and currently handles separation and retirement finances, giving service members their final duty paychecks. During the exercise, Robertson acted as a cashier, handling customer service, pay transactions, and keeping the drawer balanced. Weasel Victory 16-08 allowed the 20th Fighter Wing to test the capabilities and readiness of its Airmen by putting them in different situations and simulating various events they would not normally encounter in their workplace.
