DILI, Timor Leste (Mar. 23, 2016) Builder 3rd Class Luis Filpo from New York City, New York, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, prefabricates concrete formwork using a miter saw in Dili, Timor Leste, Mar. 23. The formwork will be nailed together to hold concrete in place for the Manleuana three-classroom primary school building foundation. NMCB 4 is one of the forward deployed pacific NMCBs ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance and disaster relieve and to provide general engineering and civil support to U.S. and joint operational forces.
