Lt. Cmdr. Walter Mainor, commanding officer of the mine counter-measures ship USS Patriot, talks with Lt. Cmdr. Sajja Intagosum, right, of the Royal Thai Navy during exercise COBRA GOLD 2010. COBRA GOLD is the premier U.S. Pacific Command multilateral exercise, with participants and observers from 27 countries. Patriot is on a five-month deployment during which she will visit eight countries, 14 ports, and conduct numerous exercises and community service projects.
