Airmen from the Hawaii Air National Guard's Detachment 1, Headquarters 154th Medical set up a tent to be used as the injury treatment section during a Collective Training Exercise at Kalaeloa, Hawaii, Mar. 23, 2016. This was the first CTE since the unit was stood up in Nov. 2015. The exercise was designed to test the Hawaii National Guard’s Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package.
